JAKARTA - Indonesia continues to play an important role in the development of sustainable infrastructure across Southeast Asia. As the country's infrastructure needs continue to evolve, effective collaboration, knowledge sharing, and strong organizational alignment remain essential to delivering long-term value for clients and communities.

Reflecting this commitment, Nippon Koei in Indonesia recently held its annual Project Manager’ Meeting at July 3rd, 2026, at Nippon Koei’s Jakarta Office, Indonesia by bringing together management representatives from its group companies and ongoing project offices across the country. The meeting served as an opportunity to review business progress, share updates from active projects, discuss the evolving business environment, and align priorities for the future.

More than a routine annual gathering, the meeting reinforces the importance of collaboration across the Group. By exchanging technical knowledge, operational experiences, and market perspectives, participating teams strengthen their collective understanding while identifying opportunities to enhance cooperation across different business fields and organizations.

This year's meeting was held in conjunction with the visit of the Representative Director and President of Nippon Koei, Mr. Tomohisa FUKUOKA,. His participation highlighted the importance of maintaining close communication between headquarters and regional operations, while providing an opportunity to gain firsthand insights into the Group's business activities and ongoing projects in Indonesia.

As part of the visit, the President also visited the MRT Jakarta project, and the ongoing Jakarta LRT works where Nippon Koei continues to contribute to the development of one of Indonesia's most significant urban transportation systems. Beyond observing project progress, the site visit offered valuable opportunities to engage directly with project teams and better understand the realities of project implementation, reinforcing the importance of maintaining close connections between leadership and operations.

The combination of strategic discussions and field engagement reflects Nippon Koei’s approach to building a connected organization—one where knowledge, experience, and perspectives are continuously shared across headquarters, local companies, and project teams. Such collaboration supports informed decision-making while strengthening the Group's ability to respond to the changing needs of infrastructure development.

As Indonesia continues to advance its infrastructure ambitions, Nippon Koei and ID&E Holdings remain committed to fostering long-term partnerships, strengthening regional collaboration, and delivering engineering and consulting expertise that contributes to sustainable development throughout the country.
